Course Content

The Physiotherapy program is a specialized program designed for individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory disorders. This course focuses on physical therapy and includes the use of physical techniques and therapies to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function and improve overall health.

In physical therapy courses, students learn anatomy, anatomy, biomechanics and pathology to understand the structure and function of the human body. They learn about the various treatments used to treat different conditions, such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise, and hydrotherapy. In addition, students gain experience in areas such as neurorehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, recreational physical therapy and geriatric medicine.
